This position offers: + Competitive pay + Health benefits for full-time employees + Fun and supportive work environment + Opportunities for career advancement within a growing company Position Responsibilities: As a Bartender, you’ll be an integral part of our team, responsible for: + Providing courteous and prompt service to guests. + Preparing beverage orders for bar and dining areas, adhering to signature recipes. + Following Emmy’s Steps of Service to ensure a consistent guest experience. + Entering guest orders accurately into the Toast POS system. + Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings. + Communicating guest requests, including dietary restrictions, to the culinary team. + Performing opening and closing duties. + Maintaining a clean and presentable work environment. + Exhibiting a positive, outgoing demeanor during service. + Adhering to safety standards to promote a safe environment for yourself, coworkers, and guests. + Supporting additional tasks as assigned by management. Position Qualifications: + Minimum 1-year bartending experience. + In-depth knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. + Proven experience in cash handling, customer service, and problem-solving. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle guest needs effectively. + Strong teamwork and communication skills. + Passion for hospitality and the food and beverage industry. + Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends. + Physically able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs., stand or walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and twisting.
