Minimum 21 years old2+ years of experience as a bartender or barbackFood Handling CertificateTIPS certificationProficient in English (spoken and written)Strong math, organization, and multitasking skillsAble to lift to 25 lbs. or more and stand for 8–10 hoursExperience with POS and basic computer systems

Expected Hours of Work

Flexibility to work variable days, including weekends and holidays, is required.Flexibility to work variable shifts (days, nights,) is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests, take orders, and serve drinks and food using upselling techniquesPrepare beverages per recipe, including cocktails, coffee drinks, and wine serviceManage bar setup, cleanliness, restocking, and closing dutiesMaintain inventory levels, track usage, place orders, and monitor wasteEnsure compliance with liquor laws, health regulations, and safety standardsOperate POS system, handle payments, and perform accurate cash handling dutiesProvide guest information about menu items and hotel servicesHandle guest complaints professionally to ensure satisfactionAssist with private events, and other service areas as neededFull Job Description will be given at interview

Hourly compensation range is $20.84 - $20.84 Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and specific/overall experience.
