Bartenders are the life of the party. In addition to preparing quality, consistent beverages, and cocktails, our Bartenders are responsible for delivering quality, timely service to ensure a top-notch guest experience. Our Bartenders anticipate guest needs, work with teammates to ensure all guests are cared for, and exhibit genuine enthusiasm in all that they do.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspire memorable experiences by providing top-notch service and remaining attentive to guest needs.  Interact with guests to ensure the best guest experience and effectively upsell offerings.Prepare and serve menu items while exhibiting genuine enthusiasm, energy, and urgency.Process food and beverage orders and payments accurately and timely.Uphold operational procedures, food and alcohol safety, and quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain compliance.Conduct opening/closing duties, cash handling, and deposits.Maintain a stocked, clean, and tidy bar area.Other duties as assignedDemonstrate Andy B’s Core Values: Teamwork, Service, Inspiring Fun, and Excellence.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Must be of legal age to bartend according to state regulations.A minimum of 6 months of cash handling, serving, and bartending experience is preferred.Lift up to 20 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionallyFriendly, outgoing personality and a get-it-done attitude.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Successful completion of food handling and alcohol certifications required by local and state governments.
