Overview The Hilton University of Florida Conference Center is seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our team at the No Name Lounge. We offer a dynamic and upscale atmosphere where guests can enjoy craft cocktails, fine wines, and delicious food. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while crafting delicious beverages. Your duties will include: Mixing and serving a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages Providing knowledgeable recommendations on drink selections Maintaining a clean and organized bar area Adhering to all liquor laws and regulations Providing friendly and efficient service to guests Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment Qualifications Previous bartending experience is required Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to stand for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
