Job Description
Support the vision, mission and service standards. Greets guests and answers questions regarding beverages. Performs inventory management of all beer, wine, liquor, juices and cut fruit. Responsible for the collection of money from beverages. Completes hotel guests' payment transactions as outlined in the cash and charge procedures. Maintain cash drawer to ensure accuracy and security. Perform beginning of shift and end of shift duties. Perform opening and all other duties assigned.

At least one year of bartending experience required. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and a day to serve alcoholic beverages to hotel guests per KY Liquor LawWork Environment
Fast-paced hotel work environment. Will work within meeting rooms and ballrooms for banquets/events.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
One must be a minimum of 20 years of age and a day to serve alcoholic beverages to hotel guests per KY Liquor Law. Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for at least 4 hours in length. Must have a good sense of balance and must be able to bend and kneel. Should have the ability to lift bus pans and trays frequently weighing up to 25 pounds.
