Our upcoming hotel will showcase 189 guest rooms, including 12 exclusive suites. Guests will immerse themselves in the warm ambiance of our lobby bar, GLOW, indulge in culinary delights at the all-dining restaurant, OXBO, and enjoy breath-taking views at the chic Sky Bar, LOFT. The success of our hotel relies on hosting Meetings & Events for up to 500 guests, making it imperative to assemble a high-performing team committed to delivering the ultimate guest experience across all areas of our business.

A Bartender engages our guests during their visit, receives/serves orders and ensures brand service standards are met to the highest quality.

\n

What will I be doing? 

\n\nReceive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner\nCreate and serve a range of beverages including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine and soft drinks etc.\nTake food orders and assist the floor team with deliveries as required\nUnderstand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities\nKeep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared\nEfficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts\nAnswer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner\n\n

What are we looking for?

\n\nPrevious experience within a cocktail bar environment\nThe ability to create classic cocktails\nFlexibility in hours as you will be working rostered shifts, especially on weekends\nExceptional personal presentation and communication skills\nFlexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations\nPassion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service \n\n
