Pay: $23.00 -$27.14
Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Bartender is to provide guests with an excellent food and beverage experience.
Work Performed:
The Bartender will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly welcoming and courteously serving guests;
Maintaining a Higher focus on Poolside operations
Providing excellent service to poolside and restaurant guests
Dispense alcoholic beverages and control service to ensure accordance with liquor laws and company policies and regulations;
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the bar;
Perform side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, miscellaneous preparation, stocking, etc.;
Ensure all alcohol is removed from counters and tables prior to closing time;
Complete opening and closing duties;
Adhere to Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation so that guests and employees will not be in risk of cross-contamination.
Keep compartment sinks, sideboards, and refrigerators (and their contents) clean and sanitized by dating and rotating food on a daily basis;
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management; and
Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Qualifications:
Six (6) months of previous bartending experience Prior food handling experience High school diploma or equivalent Food Safety Training certified or become certified within the first 60 days of employment Alcohol Awareness certified or become certified within the first 60 days of employment Previous experience with Micros operating system Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally Able to lift 10 lbs. regularly Able to bend and squat repeatedly Able to walk and stand for the duration of scheduled shift Meet state minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages Flexible to work days, early mornings, evenings, weekends and holiday shiftsWhen you’re an Atrium Associate, you’re a part of a crucial workforce providing the ultimate ‘Home Away From Home’ for our guests.
