Bartender

As a Bartender with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and flavors that are hallmarks of our restaurant and lounge experience. Your warm, attentive guest service and passion for mixology is worth raising a glass to!

Reporting to the Pyramid Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceAssist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful wayMix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelinesHave full knowledge of beverage lists and promotionsHave full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assigned
Qualifications

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience Excellent knowledge of all beverage productsPrevious point of sale system experience an assetExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
