**Job Responsibilities** + Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. + Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders. + Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware. + Ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements. + Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to their requests or concerns. + Prepare garnishes, garnish drinks, and set up service areas for daily operations. + Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times. + Handle cash and process payments accurately. + Collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to provide exceptional service. **Critical Skills & Experience Requirements** + Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment. + Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques. + Excellent communication and customer service skills. + Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system. + Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment. + Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law). **You will be required to provide a valid proof of Right to Work in the UK. This can be a valid passport OR birth certificate along with your National Insurance documentation (both must be present OR another form of valid right to work documentation. As applicable, you must have a minimum of 6 months work eligibility available on the right to work documentation that you provide.**
