JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing beverages to guests while maintaining exceptional guest service. 

JOB DUTIES:

Give prompt, pleasant, courteous and efficient service.Utilize alcohol awareness training at all times while acknowledging all guests with a prompt and friendly greetingAnticipate all guest’s needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.Verify legal drinking age of guests.Complete all side work duties and ensure work area is prepared for succeeding shift.Maintain cleanliness behind bar.Offer a unique service while sustaining a level of professionalism that encourages guests to return.Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.Perform all other tasks that may be assigned in the future.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Must be at least 21 years oldHigh school diploma/GED preferredPrior bartending experience required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
