Responsibilities Collection of fees, process customer orders, work area cleanliness, inventory control procedures. Employee ensures that liquor is weighed correctly accounted for and served according to recipe guidelines to meet department cost of goods. Employee will ensure that all reporting of daily events, breakage and spoilage, cleaning logs and inventory controls will be done according to facility standards of operation. Employee will be able to use simple arithmetic in the handling of cash. Employee will complete all mandated training. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must 1. Meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic at the time of appointment. 2. Be able to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds. 3. Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory. 4. Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Experience meeting qualification requirements, MUST be reflected in resume to be considered eligible. All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee. Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
