Job Title: Bartender / Server / Cashier

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Greets guests, sells menu items to customers in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner.Projects a positive attitude and energy to customers at all times.Supports front line by preparing items for sale, restocking product, maintaining clean and orderly work area.Inputs orders into POS system, accepts payment and follows proper state law regarding alcoholic beverage sales.Maintains proper stock of items to be sold at location.Operates and maintains equipment appearance at location.Follows proper close out procedures.Cleans and maintains general cleanliness of area prior / after every shift.Communicate guests’ orders to keep a smooth workflow and maintain fast service.Adheres to all safety procedures pertaining to location. Conducts oneself in a professional and courteous manner.Always follows direction of Supervisor / Management.Qualifications

Education and Experience
6 months customer service experience required.Food and beverage experience preferred.High School Diploma or equivalent desired.
Skills and Abilities
Good oral communication skills and the ability to read write and communicate effectively in English.Excellent hospitality and customer service skills, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.Desire to work as a team and get the job done.Mature judgment and professionalism in handling all mattersCertificates, Licenses, Registrations
