We're looking for an experienced and collaborative BAS Manager at our client’s site in Chicago, IL. responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and optimization of a building's automation system, which controls functions like HVAC, lighting, and security, by managing system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and building requirements; they may also be involved in the design, installation, and commissioning of new BAS systems. Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for oversight and management of controls and commissioning aspects of Capital projects in coordination with the Project Managers and construction teams * Responsible for developing strategy for effective BAS management * Establish and manage governance structure and processes for effective BAS management * Establish and manage processes for effective handoff of Capital projects with BAS scope to Facilities * Establish and manage relationships with various BAS vendors * Assist in troubleshooting of BAS related temperature issues * Manage the commissioning team efforts for the program * Bachelor’s degree * 10 years of Facility Operations and Capital Project Manage Experience * 5 years of management of controls and commissioning aspects of Capital projects * BAS and EMS experience Sponsorship is not provided for this position. #EastPMCM #NorthPMCM Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
