**Base Building Maintenance** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Base Building Maintenance professional responsible for maintaining and repairing boiler systems, steam lines, and industrial HVAC systems. This role includes troubleshooting and repairing pipes, valves, steam traps, steam return pumps, regulators, and handling refrigerant. Additionally, the position involves performing building maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and facilities maintenance work. **Responsibilities** + Work on boiler systems and steam lines, including troubleshooting and repairing pipes, valves, steam traps, steam return pumps, and regulators. + Troubleshoot and repair industrial HVAC systems, including handling and recharging refrigerant. + Perform building maintenance tasks on structures and offices, including plumbing, carpentry, and general facilities maintenance work. **Essential Skills** + Boiler maintenance experience + Commercial or industrial HVAC background + Experience with electrical, packaging, and preventive maintenance + Mechanical and plumbing skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with GMP + Bi-lingual abilities **Work Environment** This role operates in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility spanning 200,000 sq. ft. The environment includes packaging machines, conveyors, and food processing machines. The work schedule is 1st shift (7 AM - 3 PM), Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work, not exceeding 50 hours per week. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $68640.00 MSI provides a full list of benefits.
