Job Description

The Base Lodge Supervisor is responsible for maintaining excellent Base Area and Base Lodge appearance.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

 

 Maintain a clean & safe Base Lodge.Ensure guest satisfaction for the customer by possessing a general knowledge of the ski area, and by acting as a guest services representative.Perform general preparation work such as stocking bathroom paper products, mopping floors, vacuuming, and trash removal.Assist with hiring, training and scheduling of staff.

 

 Tools and Equipment:

 

Floor mop, Upright Vacuum, chemical cleaners, compactor, etc.

 

Working Environment:

 

Interior of ski  base lodge, in all areas of the base lodge.Exterior of base lodge with exposure to extreme weather conditions. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.Fulltime, part time, and on call positions available.
