We are looking for a Base Metal Buyer to join our office in Berlin.
As a Base Metal Buyer, you will be responsible for proper management of purchasing tasks, reporting and communication between our German factories und headquarters, ensuring meeting business needs in line with purchasing and company strategy
Daily metal hedgingProcessing of orders, order confirmations, invoices and management of supplier master dataClose cooperation with 5 factories in Germany, headquarters and suppliersCorrect and timely monthly reportingProblem solving, proactive deadline tracking and determination of requirements related to metal purchasesImplementation of projects for the optimization, standardization and further development of purchasing processesSupport of regional and global strategic initiatives related to supplier management and process improvements
