Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Product Consultant with 14 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ACI MTS and a strong background in Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of the domain and technical skills to drive product success. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of product strategies for ACI MTS in the Cards & Payments domain.Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch ensuring alignment with business goals.Provide expert guidance on ACI MTS to internal teams and stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of product features.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Cards & Payments sector.Develop and maintain product roadmaps prioritizing features based on customer needs and business impact.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Cards & Payments domain.Monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team knowledge and skills in ACI MTS.Support sales and marketing efforts by providing technical expertise and product insights.Create detailed documentation and reports to communicate product status and progress to stakeholders.Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure successful product delivery.Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest advancements in ACI MTS and Cards & Payments.Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of ACI MTS and its application in the Cards & Payments domain.Have a proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles in a hybrid work model.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex product challenges.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Show proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.Display the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.Hold a relevant certification in ACI MTS or a related field.Have experience in developing and maintaining product roadmaps.Be knowledgeable about industry standards and regulations in the Cards & Payments sector.Demonstrate the ability to create detailed documentation and reports.Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry advancements.Possess strong leadership skills to guide and mentor team members.Be able to support sales and marketing efforts with technical expertise.MTS
Experience in LINUX UNIX/AIX platform VI Unix commands Shell scripting
Knowledge in COBOL preferable.
Should have experience in ACI MTS development.
Good experience in handling database (ENTIA Oracle DB2) and IBM MQ.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and setup of MTS configurations (MTS processes MTS lines MTS Queues Remote records MTS Database REL & AUX etc. )
Extensive experience in handling MTS Video Web UI MTS ASI interface.
Environment setup and Configurations of various business rules
Working on setup for MTS area and Oracle RGW setup
RGW configuration and implementation
Knowledge of widely used SWIFT message types like MT103/MT202/ MT202COV/MT910/ MT900/MT192/MT210/MT292
Knowledge of widely used ISO message types like PACS PAIN CAMT messages.
Knowledge of Fedwire/CHIPS/SEPA/CHAPS/SWIFT payments message standards.
