The Role

CAA Baseball is seeking a smart, motivated, quick-thinking, and resourceful person who is fluent in both English and Spanish to provide administrative support to our Latin America division. This individual should be flexible, highly organized, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support including travel arrangements, expense reports, and internal and external meeting preparationPrepare and submit accurate expense reportsRequest, organize, and distribute 1099s to client financial advisorsTrack and manage accounting/invoicing process for all marketing deals (Equipment, Trading Cards & Off Field Marketing opportunities)Provide administrative assistance with Spring Training/In-Season Housing as well as equipment ordering (Spring Training, In-Season, Off-Season)Provide support for All Star, Futures Games’ Dinner/Activities/Itineraries for clientsProvide Agents with Client “ask” assistance including but not limited to, assisting with US Visa (Family), booking flights for clients/family, booking hotels, car shipments, setting dinner reservations, driver's license appointments etc.

Qualifications

1+ years providing administrative support in a fast-paced environmentFluent in Spanish (written and spoken)Proficient in MS Office SuiteAble to maintain organization and composure while working in high pressure situations with rapidly changing priorities Highly detailed with very strong written and verbal communication skills Service oriented with a strong desire to pitch in to help team members  Excellent judgment with respect to representing CAA Sports to buyers, business world, etc.

Compensation

The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $22.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
