•    currently attending a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
•    recently graduated (less than 6 months).
•    eligible to work in Switzerland or in possession of a valid work permit.

 

ROLE DESCRIPTION 
As an intern in our L&D department, you’ll report to the Senior Manager Digital Learning & Development and embark on a six-month journey filled with learning and growth. You’ll work closely with experts from various fields and have the chance to contribute to projects, ensuring our learners can access what they need, when they need it.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•    LMS Support and Administration: You will assist the team in the administration of the learning management systems (LMS) and in the handling of support requests.
•    Learning Content Creation: You will learn how and create interactive training materials, documentation, presentations and manuals.
•    Test and Review of Digital Courses: You learn how to test and review digital learning content to ensure a great learning experience for our learners.
•    General Support: The life in the L&D department is never boring and there are many projects that you’ll have the chance to support and contribute to.

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
•    Fluent in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Curious and Eager to Learn: Passionate about understanding the inner workings of a global cruise line and the L&D department.
•    Positive and Collaborative: Enjoy working in a multicultural team and bringing a positive attitude to the workplace.
•    Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfortable navigating and learning various technologies.

 

EDUCATION
•    You are currently attending or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of Tourism/ Hospitality/ HR / IT / Psychology or related fields.
