Work Schedule: Split Shift Schedule + Monday- Friday at 6:15 AM - 8:45 AM and 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM + Overtime opportunities available in other programs in Parks & Recreation if desired What You'll Do: + Supervise and engage children in variety of recreational activities including games and crafts, sports and art projects. + Foster a safe supportive, and inclusive environment for all participants. + Maintain open communication with parents, staff, and community partners. + Support students during homework time and encourage positive study habits. + Ensure program spaces remain clean, organized, and welcoming. + Assis with daily setup and cleanup of activities and materials. + Maintain accurate records and reports for program documentation. What We're Looking For: + High school diploma or GED equivalent. + Minimum age of 18 years at the time of application required. + Willingness to work indoor/outdoor.
