Position: Basil Ford Pro Elite Parts Counter Associate

Location: Basil Ford, 1540 Walden Ave, Cheektowaga, NY 14225

Parts Counter Associate Compensation: Between $65,000 to $75,000 annually (Based on experience, location, store franchise and volume)

Schedule: Full Time 5-day work week, Some Saturdays Needed

Parts Counter Associate Job Duties and qualifications:

Engaging promptly with customers in both a retail and service department setting, selecting required parts while providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.Educate customers on all required parts to successfully complete repairs.Answering telephone calls punctually and considerately to make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiryAttention to detail when completing vehicle repair orders.Stock incoming inventory in the correct locationProvide outstanding customer service experience to drive loyaltyStrong computer skills - parts catalogs and parts processing is performed electronically.Maintain a clean work areaMust be able to pass background screening and drug test
