**We are hiring a Batch Mixer in Oakville, Ontario!** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Batch Mixer to produce quality products that adhere to company specifications and follow GMP procedures. This role is crucial in ensuring the consistency and quality of our products. **Responsibilities** + Gather all raw materials, weigh them out, and follow the formula for mixing. + Accurately weigh all ingredients required for each batch. + Complete all necessary documentation for each batch product, including pre-operation forms, CIP temperature charts, and record weights accurately on the formula sheet. + Maintain cleanliness of the work area to audit standards. + Follow all health and safety, GMP, and food safety protocols and report to the supervisor. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of experience as a batch mixer, preferably in a GMP environment. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs of raw materials. + Proficiency in reading formulas and the ability to read and write in English. + High attention to detail. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a vibrant work culture with a minimum of two BBQs every summer, pizza lunches, and a festive holiday party. All piercings and jewelry must be removed each shift. The position is currently open for the afternoon shift, with initial training provided during the day shift for 4-6 weeks.
