In this role you will be responsible for preparation of bulk mixed product in an efficient and effective manner whilst complying to all safety and quality standards. **A day in the life of a Batch Mixer:** + Preparation of bulk mixed product within required quality standard + Ensure no defect materials are used for production + Ensure strict adherence to best operating practices and QMS + Perform regular inventory management checks + Material staging for batch preparation + Maintain good housekeeping in Production Staging Area and CIP of production lines + Assist with factory related trials + Able to recognize unsafe conditions and improve safety standards and maintain a safe working environment + Able to perform any reasonable duty in the event of non-production **What will make you successful?** + Forklift licence + Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks + Basic math skills and attention to detail + Good communication and teamwork skills
