What You'll Be Doing

Operate batching equipment to produce ready mix concrete to specificationMonitor material inventory and coordinate deliveries as neededEnsure quality control standards are met throughout the batching processCommunicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and plant personnelPerform routine maintenance and inspections on plant equipment

Demonstrated ability to operate batching systems and related equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety and qualityEffective communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyWillingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
