Job Description

Tasks:

Provide inputs to the development headquarters about the Chinese specific regulations and norms. Ensure the implementation of those requirements in the platform products.Support the project managers for the requirement discussion with customers aiming at aligning the battery specifications for defined customer projects. Ensure the requirements implementation during the product development phase.Define the requirement specification of electro-mechanical components (Fuse, Relays, Sensors…) in alignment with Bosch development headquarters.Ensure proper integration of Li-Ion battery system in customer vehicles. Prepare the vehicle integration together with customers and analyze field data and potential failuresPerform electrical and thermal simulations according to customer requirementsDefine the system test methods for the manufacturing line and support their implementation during the development of the test processesPreparation of delivery documentation to internal and external customersSupport DFMEA and PFMEA

Support / Cooperation:

Support project management for technical coordination of the development activitiesCooperation with development headquarters aiming at the integration of CN-specific requirements in Platform productsSupport purchasing department for technical discussions with suppliers of electro-mechanical-componentsSupport validation engineers verifying the implementation of customer requirements

QualificationsMaster degree in electrical engineering or automotive technology with focus on Li-Ion BatteryExperience in the design of battery systems for automotive applicationsGood communication skills and ability to interact with customers, local and global engineering teams
