What You Will Do RNs are central to our facilities and their skills are vital to the care we provide, making difference in patients’ lives every day. Cadia Healthcare is dedicated to providing the best care possible and as a RN Charge Nurse, that’s exactly what you’ll do! The Baylor Program is designed to allow staff to work 12 hour shifts every weekend; working 4 but getting paid for 5. As the Charge Nurse, you will rely on your nursing and managerial experience, you’ll supervise the day to day duties of the nursing staff. We’re excited for you to come and join our accomplished staff of medical professionals! Requirements: Registered Nurse with a current Maryland nursing license. Must possess a current CPR license. Previous supervisory experience is preferred Previous long term care experience is desirable.
