POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the supervisor, this person is responsible for the proper weighing, mixing and/or cooking and cooling of product according to Kraft procedures. Mon-Fri 2-1030pm plus weekends as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Test product according to quality procedures. Deliver product to filling only after it has been tested and meets all Kraft Specifications. Know and operate by the HACCP plans for this product to ensure food safety. When necessary, make adjustments to the batch. Confirm daily work orders to determine types of ingredients to withdraw and blend. Document information accurately on Batch Sheets and other company documents. Create SAP ticket for each batch produced. Perform necessary sanitation procedures during changeovers. Responsible for the correct and effective cleaning of the processing equipment. Required to perform period cleaning. This person has the responsibility to operate under the Kraft Heinz Safety Values. Maintain area according to 5S standards. Adhere to all safety and environmental policies, procedures and compliance programs. Work toward achieving an injury free environment. Operate forklift as necessary. Responsible for compliance with the safety policy and accident prevention and compliance programs. Responsible for reviewing work areas for potential losses and loss control opportunities and for reporting hazards, injuries/illnesses, and other losses to supervisors. Must have previous batch/mixing experience from manufacturing environment, food industry preferred.
Must have forklift experience.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization. Must be able to read and interpret op-codes, instructions, forecasts and other work-related documents, write clearly and legibly and communicate information verbally to other employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
