Introduction to the role:
Are you ready to lead and innovate in the dynamic world of Biopharmaceuticals? As the Commercial Head for BBU Expansion, you will have primary responsibility for both sales and marketing across a large geography in Thailand, focusing on Upcountry Community Hospitals and Pharmacy Retail Channels. Accountabilities:
- Lead and develop the sales and marketing teams, including performance management, talent management, and career development.
- Oversee activities across BBU brands, including defining, designing, executing, and measuring all marketing strategies and tactics to achieve brand objectives for community hospitals and retail channels.
- Collaborate closely with the TA Brand Team to align the BBU Expansion Strategy with brand goals.
- Ensure effective sales execution within the designated geography.
- Manage P&L and ensure budgetary compliance for the channels.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7-10 years of pharmaceutical experience
- Sales and/or Sales Leadership experience
- More than 5 years of marketing and/or promotions experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams
- Comprehensive understanding of the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products in Thailand
- Comprehensive understanding of the Thailand Healthcare environment
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- MBA in a relevant field
