Job Duties and Qualifications Under general supervision, coordinates high, intermediate, and low end level nitrogen projects. Has the ability to relieve the Field Service Quality Leader-Nitrogen as needed and oversee nitrogen projects, providing service quality to the customer. Facilitates Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and safety meetings and provides the onsite planning for the job. Communicates project objectives to Halliburton Energy Services (HES) personnel on location, including dispute resolutions to approved levels. Champions customer satisfaction with work performed. Plans and performs necessary calculations for job. Works with nitrogen personnel to rig up / down, function test, pressure test, and operate equipment on location. Accountable for execution of Halliburton Management System. Mentors Service Supervisors, Service Operator and other personnel on location who are unfamiliar with nitrogen processes and procedures. Coordinates post and pre job equipment inspections for next job. Provides input on individual performance levels of subordinates and provides direction. Skills typically acquired through completion of high school diploma or similar education and a minimum of 4 years experience as a Service Supervisor-Nitrogen, which includes experience in supervision of the delivery of services. Knowledgeable of design applications (Unipro II system, Halwin and associated software) is required. Ability to operate PSL equipment. (i.e., Pumps, Tanks, Unipro II, Flowmeter) is required. Must have successfully completed the Essential Nitrogen, Nitrogen Operator, and Halwin training courses. Ability to perform pre/post job inspections is required. Must possess the ability to understand to operational procedures, well bore and/or system schematics, and basic computer programs (HalWin). Must have successfully completed the Nitrogen mentor objective checklists. Knowledge of Halliburton Management System (HMS) and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines is required. Given the nature of oil field service work, must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary. The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required. Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required. Basic computer skills are preferred. Must possess good mentoring, leadership and negotiating skills. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Ensures compliance with HSE regulations and guidelines. Promotes and takes an active part in the Quality Improvement Process.
