Tuition AssistanceKey Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments to identify target behaviors and develop individualized treatment plans. 2. Design and implement ABA interventions based on the principles of behavior analysis. 3. Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members. 4. Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention programs. 5. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to treatment. 6. Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans. 8. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and workshops to enhance professional development and collaboration. 9. Full time Hybrid model to support clients in Reno/Sparks and also build client base in Carson/Minden locationsTo be considered, you should:
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Licensed in the state of Nevada Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. Strong clinical and analytical skills in assessing and addressing challenging behaviors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members. Ability to adapt and customize behavior intervention programs to meet the unique needs of each individual.
