The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Quality Assurance provides consultation, training and development to assist with clinical quality assurance specific to Behavioral support services in the educational setting. Conducts quality control visits with district partners across markets to identify any quality concerns and trends. Analyzes data to conduct performance improvement plans and needed education or additional training. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Develops strong collaborative relationships and provides training to staff to implement effective behavioral support services in the educational setting + Travels and Conducts in-person quality assurance visits and consults with SBPs and clients + Actively participates in clinical quality initiatives and training + Participates in PI Committee by providing trends, data and quality improvement + Investigates field staffing concerns and provides reeducation + Collects, analyzes and reports data and other documentation within established timeframes to ensure program initiatives + Provides on-call support for BT/SA clinical concerns in field + Provides on-call support for BDM/AM clinical concerns/consults in field + Attends in-person or virtual client meetings/QBRs/Service Calls as needed with BDM/AM + Assists with interviews for local BCBAs and provide support + Performs other duties as assigned/necessary Minimum Requirements: + Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) + Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field preferred + 3-5 years of experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in homes or schools, preferred + Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice + Participation and completion of Amergis’ Competency program when applicable + Current CPR if applicable + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Successful completion of new hire training as applicable to job site + Understand patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements + Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required + Computer proficiency required + Must be at least 18 years of age Benefits At Amergis, we firmly believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offer the following benefits: Medical/Prescription, Dental, Vision, Health Advocacy (company paid if enrolled Medical), Health Advocate Employee Assistance Program, Health Savings Account , 401(k), 401(k) Company Match, Profit Sharing, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Primary Caregiver Leave, Parental Leave, Life and Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, Voluntary Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, Hospital Expense Protection Plan, Critical Illness Insurance, Accident Insurance, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, Home and Auto Insurance, Pet Insurance, MilkStork, Transportation Benefit, Educational Assistance Program, College Partnership Program, Paid Time Off/Company Holidays *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
