What You'll Do
As a Digital Excellence Manager within BCG X’s Commercial Team, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing cross-functional processes that evaluate proposals and oversee their successful delivery. You will work globally to ensure consistent best practices, provide strategic insights into portfolio risk, and act as a driving force behind process management and excellence. Collaborating with teams across the organization, you will bring rigor, innovation, and impact to every step of the process. Your responsibilities will include:
Owning End-to-End Processes: Oversee the entire cross-functional workflow for evaluating and executing proposals, ensuring seamless transitions from inception to delivery across the organization.Ensuring Consistent Best Practices: Work globally to develop and enforce consistent processes and frameworks, ensuring alignment and standardization across regions and teams.Portfolio Risk Management: Manage the flow of proposals, tracking and analyzing key metrics to provide actionable insights into the risk profiles of the overall portfolio.Developing and Owning Training Materials: Create and maintain training programs and IP that define best practices, equipping teams with the tools and knowledge needed to execute efficiently and effectively.Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks within the process, implementing strategies to allocate deals for further review and ensuring potential issues are addressed before they escalate.Driving Process Excellence: Partner with cross-functional teams to refine processes, optimize delivery timelines, and maintain high standards of performance and innovation.
