What You'll Do

We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to join BCG X as BCG X EMESA Talent Senior Manager located in Casablanca.

As a Talent Senior Manager at BCG X, you will play a strategic role in optimizing the deployment, development, and engagement of BCG X talent across the region. You will be responsible for ensuring that our X EMEA Build team members receive the right opportunities to support their career growth while meeting the business demands of BCG X. In this role, you will collaborate with local and global leadership, including Engineering Managers, Staffing and Talent Teams, People & Development, and other functions such as Finance, HR, and Learning & Development (L&D). Your key focus will be strategic workforce planning, deployment optimization, capability development, and employee engagement. You will also lead staffing decisions, career development initiatives, and process improvements to align staffing needs with business priorities. Key responsibilities include:

1. Strategic Staffing & Workforce Planning

Lead talent deployment across projects, balancing business needs with individual career goals.Maintain a real-time staffing pipeline, ensuring visibility into skills, billability, and project allocation.Provide strategic workforce planning insights to leadership, optimizing capacity and resource allocation.Collaborate with leadership on team design, mobility, and staffing efficiency.Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) efforts, ensuring fair and transparent staffing decisions.

2. Talent Development & Career Growth

Act as a trusted advisor to employees, guiding them on staffing choices, professional development, and career progression.Engage in regular career discussions, ensuring talent receives the right mix of experiences to advance their careers. Partner with Career Development Committees (CDC) to align staffing and professional\\ development strategies.Drive onboarding and integration efforts, ensuring new hires and interns receive a smooth transition and early support.

3. Stakeholder Management & Business Collaboration

Build strong relationships with leaders, project managers, and business teams to ensure alignment between staffing and business needs.Work closely with People & Development (P&D), Recruiting, L&D, Finance, and HR to develop holistic talent strategies.Act as a thought partner to leadership, providing insights into talent trends, workforce challenges, and strategic staffing solutions. Engage with global BCG X staffing teams to share best practices and drive firm-wide staffing initiatives.

4. Process Improvement & Data-Driven Decision Making

Leverage advanced analytics (dashboards, reporting tools, workforce metrics) to enhance staffing efficiency and decision-making. Continuously improve staffing processes and systems, implementing best practices for efficiency and scalability.Support organizational growth and transformation initiatives, ensuring staffing aligns with evolving business priorities.

What You'll Bring

8+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or Workforce Planning, preferably in a consulting, professional services, or technology environmentBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related fieldExperience managing staffing and deployment strategies in a complex, fast-moving organization Proven ability to lead regional and cross-functional projects Strong knowledge of digital product development, including software engineering, product management, and design Advanced analytics capabilities (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to support workforce planning Fluency in English and French

Who You'll Work With

The Senior Talent Manager will work in an EMESA BCG X Staffing Team and will collaborate with EMESA BCG staffing and finance team to monitor billability, timesheet accuracy and work closely with the HR and Recruiting teams on talent strategies. You will build relationships and work effectively with members of billable and BST talent, Global X staffers, CDC, and the X EMESA leadership team.
