What You'll Do

We are seeking exceptional candidates to fill a Senior Finance Analyst position in BCG X
to support our fast growing regional business model. In this role, you will work as part
of the regional BCG X APAC Finance team and will directly support selected BCG X
leaders in the region to manage our business in local and international markets.
Main responsibilities include:

• Point-of-contact for BCG X leaders and other stakeholders in Japan, Korea, and other selected markets, providing advice on all financial matters, especially as related to revenue and performance tracking.
• Being the liaison between stakeholders and broader BCG X Finance team in the region and globally, providing analysis and insight on local performance results and key metrics.
• Financial analysis and reporting on business results, having an up-to-date view on business performance and outlook as compared to financial plan.
• Pipeline management support for BCG X leaders, facilitation of pipeline monitoring and related reporting, validation of sold revenue and impact on the business outlook
• Leadership of semi-annual financial planning for the selected markets as part of the regional BCG X APAC Finance team, including but not limited to revenue
planning, capacity (headcount) forecast, compensation forecast, and analysis and reporting of related financial metrics/KPIs.
• Management of risk exposure across our project portfolio in close collaboration with BCG and BCG X Finance teams
• Liason to local market BCG Finance team, collaborating on management of budgets, case economics, annual planning, and weekly performance tracking.

What You'll Bring

Degree in Finance, Economics or BusinessJapanese language proficiency4+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced businessProficiency in using core financial tools (e.g. advanced Excel, SAP Business
Objects, Alteryx, Tableau) and PowerPointExperience in professional services environment or in corporate strategy or
finance function is preferred.
