BCG X NAMR Vendor Management Senior Specialist

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the NAMR Vendor Management Senior Specialist, you own the vendor operations in all of BCG X’s NAMR region. For our consulting teams, our suppliers as well as contractors you are the focal point of contact. You are responsible for vendor logistics end-to-end from sourcing, contracting & negotiating, onboarding to deployment, quality assurance and financial settlement. You independently manage your various stakeholders in your region and closely collaborate with vendor managers globally. Continuously you will challenge and build-out our vendor management and integrate other teams across BCG. Depending on contingent workforce-size you will lead a small team of contractors who execute the vendor management processes in your region.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any related & 4+ years of experience in working in a PMO-role embedded into a geographically distributed teamVerbal and written fluency in English combined with strong record in professional stakeholder communicationStrong skills in MS Office applications (i.e., Excel, Power Point, Word)Experience in professional Vendor Management Systems (SAP Fieldglass preferred)Experience in procurement or vendor management appreciatedWillingness to come to the office at least 3 times a week

Our contracting support, establishes a secure and compliant environment for collaboration with external partners. We expedite contractor sourcing, onboarding, and deployment, fostering agility in BCG X’s delivery to clients. Through diligent monitoring, and in close collaboration with the BCG X FinOps team, we guarantee accurate timesheets and invoices, eliminating overcharging and overspending. Our meticulous tracking and forecasting of vendor spend and trends support the BCG X leadership to make better-informed decisions.
