BCT Finance has an immediate opening for a Rates Lead to join their team. The role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and insight into how strategic management decisions impact the bottom-line performance of the company. The organization regularly interacts with FP&A, Cost Accounting, Government Accounting, Raytheon Key team members, and DCMA / DCAA.

What You Will Do

Planning and establishment of calendarized overhead budgets for base and expense.Review and analysis of actual expenses vs plan.Preparation of a Monthly Overhead Rate Review Package.Monthly and Quarterly DCMA report submittal.Direct and Indirect Labor Rate development, maintenance, and compliance.Utilization and headcount reporting.Assisting with the development of BCT Forward Pricing Rates.DCMA/DCAA point of contact for audit support.Supporting BCT level special projects.Weekly SRO status of Over/Under impact to HQ Sales, Profit and Cash.Rate plan and complex what-if analysis.Color of Money and charging guidance for Blue Canyon Technologies.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.Experience with or knowledge of CAS segment and rate structures.U.S. Citizenship is required.

Qualifications We Prefer

Solid understanding of rate development and the burdening process.Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, choice-making skills, independent, self-motivated, and highly organized.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information concisely.Innovative and strategic thinker.Ability to form a meaningful working relationship with resident DCMA and DCAA offices.Working knowledge of GAAP, FAR, Disclosure Statement and CAS structures.Experience in multiple finance disciplines; Program Controls, FP&A, Rates, Budgets, E&P, etc.SAP Experience (cost center hierarchy, costing sheets, cost element groups, etc.).

Additional Information:

This position is grade P4, BCT Rates Lead.Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.Relocation assistance is not available.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
