BD & Analytics Program Manager, Retention & Growth
We're seeking an experienced Business Development & Analytics Program Manager to drive the success of our Growth initiatives within the Retention & Growth organization. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to maximize seller performance and growth in the marketplace.



Key job responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of an intelligent action prioritization system for unmanaged sellers

• Guide the Engagement PM and sales team in boosting seller performance across critical domains such as Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), Selection, Price Competitiveness, Brand Registry, Advertising

• Analyze diverse seller groups to determine the most effective next steps

• Understand motivations driving the adoption of success levers

• Create and maintain comprehensive unmanaged business reports

• Conduct in-depth weekly analyses

• Support the planning and execution of performance scorecards
