Job Description: BD Assistant (Chinese/ English Speaking)
Report to: BD Manager
Location: HCMC
Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, follow strictly HSE requirements, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.
Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities:
• Translate documents such as letters, contracts, meeting minutes, bid documents…from Chinese/ English to Vietnamese or vice versa.
• Interpret meetings for Chinese/English speaking customers and investors when needed. • Prepare reports in two languages Chinese/ English and Vietnamese.
• Track the progress of the projects assigned the project’s status, schedule, Q&A, etc.
• Prepare reports to department heads, project directors, and department directors.
• Manage logistics for management meetings, internal events.
• Sales & sales support by phone calls, collecting & analyzing Client’s data; bidding preparation
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned.
Candidate Profile:
• Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
• Fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
• Basic to intermediate level of English is a plus, as the translation platform's interface and client's guidelines are in English.
• Having experience in working as a translator in the sales department or related to construction is a plus.
• Can work independently under pressure
• Good at planning
• A great team player and supporter, willing to learn.
