Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
Lead generation:
Actively search for new construction project leads through market research, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing CRM tools.
Client relationship building:Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to understand their needs and present suitable construction solutions.
Proposal development:Prepare comprehensive proposals, including project scope, cost estimates, and timelines, to present to potential clients.
Contract negotiation:Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Market analysis:Stay updated on current market trends, competitor activity, and industry regulations to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration with internal teams:Work closely with pre-construction, project management, and sales teams to ensure smooth project transition and execution.
Presentation skills:Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients outlining the company's capabilities and value proposition.
Sales pipeline management:Track sales opportunities through the sales funnel and manage a consistent pipeline of potential projects.
Candidate Requirements
Construction industry knowledge (preferred):
Understanding of construction processes, project phases, and relevant regulations.
Networking abilities:Strong ability to build relationships with key decision-makers within the construction industry
Sales skills:Proven experience in lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation
Communication skills:Fluent in 4 communication skills in English/ Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
Analytical skills:Ability to analyze market data and identify potential opportunities
CRM proficiency:Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and manage sales pipeline
