General Description

 

Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

 

Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

 

Develop and execute the business development strategy for the Building & Infrastructure segment in Vietnam

 

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including responding to RFPs and tenders

 

Manage and grow key client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction

 

Lead a team of sales and proposal professionals to achieve revenue and profitability targets

 

Collaborate with technical experts to develop innovative service offerings

 

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas

 

Represent BV Vietnam at industry events and conferences

 

Job Qualifications

 

University degree or equivalent. 8+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the construction/infrastructure sector. Strong track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Technical understanding of building and infrastructure services  Ability to lead and motivate a team  Fluency in English and Vietnamese
