BD -Sales Assistant Intern, Amazon Global Selling
Amazon is looking for a dynamic and analytical individual to support Taiwan-based Sellers’ business development in Amazon marketplaces. A BD -Sales Assistant Intern will work with New Seller Recruiting team (NSR team), to support data collection and mapping from multiple channels. You should be able to work as full-time intern (40 hrs/week). A successful candidate will be a self-starter. You should be passionate about collecting and identifying leads and opportunity, nurturing potential leads and converting skills to improve Seller pipeline quality by finding the insights from data analysis that contribute the sales (GMS, Gross Merchandise Sales) significantly. An intern will proactively seek answers in self-service learning tools, but know when to ask for guidance. Selected candidates will work side by side with the NSR team to provide and contribute high quality leads to boost the Seller recruitment process. You must be successful both as individual contributors and in a team environment, and must be obsessed with serving the customer for event with BD. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven work environment. Key job responsibilities
• Conduct lead generation process through use of tools and programing techniques such as SQL and deliver analytical reports with advanced Excel skills.
• Work with BD to support data collection and mapping data from multiple channels.
• Identify leads and business opportunity of demand and supply sides, nurturing and converting potential leads to improve Seller pipeline quality to generate GMS.
• Establish tools, reports, and dashboards to track lead pipeline.
• Deploy visualization tools and techniques such as Tableau to build comprehensive dashboards.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Study mass communication tools and platforms to optimize Seller interaction experience.
• Show strong competency in bias for action, invent and simplify, and learn and be curious.
