工作描述
•    协助BD Leader制定全国经销商客户布局/渠道覆盖策略; 
•    探索并制定RTM覆盖模型,有效驱动Offline GT渠道的生意(推&拉); 
•    制定全国Top City渠道覆盖目标&店内可视化执行标准,并持续推动覆盖有效落地;
•    制定一线销售的工作职责/工作内容/KPI考核,提升一线销售人员的能效;
•    制定RKA客户投资模型&年度投资策略&费用管理;

任职条件 
•    3年以上FMCG行业经验,在区域扩张、市场拓展、分销商管理、连锁客户管理方面的工作经验优先; 
•    优秀的沟通技巧,高强度的抗压能力,具备跨部门/职能工作经验:
•    具备独立工作的能力和自我驱动能力;
•    大学本科及以上学历,良好的英文听说读写能力,熟练办公软件(Excel&PowerPoint)操作能力;
•    需要经常出差;
