Full-Time. Must be able to work evenings & Saturdays. 

Ford of Latham is looking for Friendly and Motivated people to join our growing Service Department Call Center. Applicants must be self-motivated, with high energy, enthusiastic, dependable, and have great communication skills. We need people who can work as team as well as work independently.

Appointment Coordinator - Job Description: 

The Appointment Generator is responsible for answering incoming calls from service customers looking to schedule service appointments for their vehicles. This position also involves outbound calls to customers in database and responding to Internet and telephone customer inquiries, as well as occasionally greeting customers in person as they enter the Service Department and directing them to the right locations. Other duties as assigned.

BDC Representative - Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to answer heavy inbound call traffic, make outbound calls and send emails dailyStrong communication skills including written and verbalDetail oriented with ability to multi-task Professional appearance Clean, valid in-state driver's license

Qualifications: 

Previous experience with sales or Telemarketing a plusExperience in phone sales, business development, customer service a plusDemonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitudeFirst-class verbal, written and communication skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Est. Annual Earnings: $45k-$90k++
