Handle guest inquiries with a focus on complete satisfaction and ensure a high-quality experience for every customer. Connect with potential customers via phone and email to schedule and confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows. Maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business, enhancing customer relationships. Seamlessly turning online leads into sales with the Internet Sales Manager. Keep up with automotive trends, product features, and industry knowledge. Understand vehicle features, compare models, and stay updated on inventory. Commit to exceptional customer service and be ready to take on additional tasks as needed.
