Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager - Process Filtration (Czech Republic & Slovakia)

Are you ready to drive growth and shape the future of Process Filtration in Czech Republic & Slovakia?

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead our Process Filtration portfolio to grow existing sales, develop opportunities and further expand Process Filtration market share.

This is a critical position for driving our market expansion and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Your Role:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a business plan to expand our Process Filtration business in the Czech Republic & Slovakia.Direct Sales: Engage directly with medium to large-size accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships.Distributor Network: Develop and support a robust network of distributors to serve small to medium-size accounts.Promotion & Collaboration: Actively promote our filtration portfolio, collaborating closely with various business lines (IAT, OFA, CTS) and the competence center for Process Filtration.Market Development: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive long-term success in the territory.

To Succeed, You Will Need:

Over 5 years in sales with a proven track record.Experience in Process Filtration (liquid and gas) within the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Water Treatment, Chemical process and related industrial sectors is a big plusResidence suitable for the region CR & SRAn entrepreneurial spirit with a dynamic, proactive approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.A strong commitment to driving growth and achieving excellence in all aspects of the role.

Languages: Fluent in Czech/Slovak and proficient in English.

Mobility: Willingness to travel approximately 50% within the territory.

Location: HQ in Prague /Home-based

Reports to: Business Line Manager, Oil-Free Compressors
