Job Summary:

Altair, a global company headquartered in the United States, is seeking a Hybrid Sales & Business Development Representative for its Korea branch. This role involves harmonizing business development (BDR) and sales perspectives, driving diverse initiatives from customer acquisition to revenue generation.


What You Will Do:

• Introduce and promote the company through cold calls and emails targeting potential clients.

• Identify customer needs and propose suitable products and services.

• Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with clients.

• Explore and identify new business opportunities.

• Arrange meeting schedules between potential clients and stakeholders, and issue initial quotations.

• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and achievement reports.

 

What You Will Need:

 

Basics:

• Proven experience in achieving sales targets.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, including spreadsheet management and chart analysis.

• Understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations.

Preferred:

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Manager, or a similar role.

• Hands-on experience with cold calling and various sales techniques.

• Ability to conduct presentations and meetings in English.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
