As a BDS Global Benefits Management (GBM) Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the BDS team, with opportunities to:
Collaborate with GBM teams on data collection and management activities Enhance your coordination, communication, and project management skills
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate data collection and management activities between clients, WTW colleagues, and BDS teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables Adhere to approved process documents, workflows, templates, and training materials Utilize various tools and platforms effectively for data collection, processing, and reporting Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning Ensure compliance with Excellence standardsThe Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, preferably in a business-related fieldProficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Client service focus, with a comfort level speaking to both colleagues and clientsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in EnglishStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and work under tight deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStructured problem-solving and analytical thinkingAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamFlexibility in working hours, for collaboration in different time zones
