**Description:**
TheBeach Club Restaurant Manageris responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s beach club restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, and high-quality food and beverage offerings. This role involves staff management, financial oversight, customer service, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The manager works closely with the culinary and service teams to maintain high standards of hospitality and profitability.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Operations Management**
+ Supervise daily operations of the beach club restaurant, including dining, bar, and lounge areas.
+ Ensure seamless coordination between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
+ Monitor and maintain restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and compliance with brand standards.
**Guest Experience & Customer Service**
+ Deliver an exceptional guest experience by ensuring outstanding service and hospitality.
+ Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
+ Develop initiatives to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
**Staff Management & Training**
+ Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and support personnel.
+ Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
+ Foster a positive and motivating work environment to ensure high team morale.
**Financial & Inventory Management**
+ Develop and manage budgets, ensuring revenue goals and cost controls are met.
+ Oversee inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain optimal stock levels.
+ Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
**Marketing & Promotions**
+ Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant through social media, events, and special offers.
+ Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase footfall.
+ Maintain strong community and guest relations to enhance brand reputation.
**Health & Safety Compliance**
+ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
+ Conduct routine inspections and training to uphold safety standards.
+ Implement best practices for food handling and workplace safety.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a beach club or luxury hospitality setting.
+ Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, guest services, and financial management.
+ Advanced English Level (C1)
+ Exceptional leadership and team management skills
