An ideal candidate will focus on safety, be a team player, and find ways to be improve efficiency and safety. + Setup gas-shield MiG-welder and weld parts to job specifications + Use hand tools, clamps, and grinders to perform job tasks + Complete basic maintenance on welding equipment + Able to read, interpret, and understand blueprints, drawings, specifications, weld symbols, tolerances + Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, and bolt parts and components as necessary to satisfy technical requirements and create final welded and/or assembled product + Examine finished products and spare parts and compare them with drawings and quality control documents to determine if specifications and tolerances are met + Meeting daily production goals + Follow company safety practices and procedures.
