Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greet customers on sales floor Display merchandise, suggest products that meet customer’s needs, emphasizing quality and utility Demonstrate a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of four (4) products on each customer and explain the beneficial properties of the products. Ensure that Benefit offers the highest possible level of customer service. Place new merchandise on display so that shelves continuously look neat and tidy. Keep merchandise area clean and neatly organized. Take inventory of stock when requested. Assist, support and cooperate with co-workers in a respectful manner. Maintain a cheerful, upbeat, energetic, fun attitude so that atmosphere is friendly and exciting for customers and co-workers. Rapidly acquire product knowledge and application techniques. Meet sales goals as established by one’s supervisor and management. At all times comply with all Sephora policies and procedures. Perform any and all reasonable requests made by the Benefit corporate office, as well as the Account Representative, as may be made from time-to-time.Requirements
Able to perform the following physical duties including, but not limited to:
Continuous standing/ walking for a minimum of 8 hours. Unpack and lift boxes up to 40 lbs. Continuous bending of neck, arms, torso, and legs for a minimum of 8 hours. Stock and fill shelves, drawers, and stations. Clean all areas and elements. Work in a fragrance-filled environment. Physical contact with clients/ customers. Consistent and reliable attendance. Accurate use of timekeeping system. The target salary range for this position is $16.50/hr - $18.00/hr. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn a sales incentive bonus and/or commission.
